We aim to meet clients expectations, as part of Baker Hughes operations.Partner with the bestAs a Field Operator - Coiled Tubing, you will provide support for the Pressure Pumping division. You will oversee operational work to ensure pre-job checks and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will work under your own initiative to fulfill your role and meet the clients needs.As a Field Operator - Coiled Tubing, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a role model and/or mentor to less experienced crew members including contractors
  • Maintaining the unit prior to and post job and ensure it is always ready for the next job unless off-line.
  • Reporting failures to maintenance team and follow up on progress of repairs to ensure completion.
  • Participating in Safety and Service Quality meetings.
  • Exercising stop of work authority if any unsafe act or if Service Delivery could be compromised.
  • Initiating MOC or Deviation Waiver request if deviation from the program is required or requested.
  • Ensuring incidents (HSE, Service Delivery, others) are reported in a timely manner, and participate in incident investigations as may be necessary.
