We are looking for stylish management level female team members with leadership qualities, high enthusiasm and a superior standard of customer service. You will be working in high energy, progressive beauty environment.As our Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the salon business and the complete team, especially marketing, handling crisis situations in salon, increasing sales revenue, cooperating with beauty vendors for supplies, meeting financial targets, supervising staff activities, coordinating skills trainings & customer service protocols, perfecting the salon SOP's, ensuring client satisfaction, setting positive examples, inculcating a zealous team spirit and Newlook brand loyalty amongst other responsibilities.Our Manager will be in a role model position for all staff and will be also entirely responsible for customer service, client greetings, beauty consultations, engaging clients in-salon promotions and latest services as well as overseeing reception if needed, among other responsibilities.Required Qualities:Must be fluent in Arabic and English languages.
