Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:Lead and oversee the implementation of digitalization initiatives for International Geographies. Moreover, The Expert, Digital is accountable for executing strategic roadmap for digital transformation, with the objective of enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth through the effective use of digital technologies. The Expert, Digital shall also Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to fosters trust, collaboration, and partnerships among various parties involved. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Work together with senior management and stakeholders to establish the strategic course of local and international IT programs. Identify key objectives and performance indicators to align the programs with organizational goals. Efficiently orchestrate a range of IT projects related to international operations, ensuring their successful implementation and attainment of desired outcomes while adhering to allocated resources and timelines. Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in international IT management. Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage, and propose strategic initiatives accordingly. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between international teams and the T&I teams, ensuring that the desired outcomes of the demands raised by the international team are achieved. Develop a well-defined framework, communication strategy, and escalation mechanism for the function. Proactively address and overcome issues, challenges, and conflicts that may arise throughout T&I projects. Act as a facilitator in negotiations, mediations, and consensus-building processes to reach mutually agreeable solutions and uphold seamless operations. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager to meet Section/Department objectives.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a computer science or Information technology
  • MBA or Masters degree in a computer science or Information technology preferable
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP) preferable
Minimum Experience:10 years of experienceFunctional Expertise (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital technologies and trends.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project and program management methodologies
  • Analytical, and planning & time management skills
