Our GCC Very High Profile client is looking for a high caliber Executive Chef with 5* to 7* Star extensive Fine Dining experience, vast knowledge of international cuisines, a flair for training and development, passion for imparting knowledge and skill with the capability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Should be able to manage, restructure High-Profile Hospitality environment requiring start up organization. The basic day to day management of the Kitchen with the goal to achieve a 7-Star product and service comparable with the international operations. Exceptional Leadership, cost control / bottom line oriented, Resilience, Diplomatic, attention to detail while remaining a personable leader.
