Key ResponsibilitiesCreativity, passion for food and presentations as well as a dynamic personality is what we are looking for in the one who organizes and manages the kitchen operation at the Cristal Amaken Hotel.Our fast growing F&B department serves Viewz all-day dining room with buffets, Alto Italian fine dining room, our Asian restaurant and 5 meeting rooms as well as Blendz Caf and Lounge. Developing food recipes, planning menus, maintaining an inventory of food supplies, budgeting, HACCP, and other administrative tasks are an integral part of the responsibilities.
