Must have a minimum undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred) from an accredited institution. Minimum 15 years experience in related position in Oil & Gas or Heavy Industry. The ability to speak and write the English language fluently is required.Equipment systems include compressors, pumps, turbines, power generators, heat exchangers, deaerators, and similar utility packages. Knowledge of welding practices and standards is essential ? familiarity with Saudi Arabian standards would be valuable extra. A background in the millwright trades would be beneficial.Ability to interface, communicate, and direct the activities of diverse, multi-national mechanical team on a grass-roots refinery construction project. The position will involve extensive experience in systems installation, aligning and leveling, and pre-commissioning duties as assigned.Familiarity with and adherence to international safety standards and a commitment to a totally safe workplace is required. Experience in remote site living/working on rotational basis is highly desirable as well as experience working in multi-national environment.
