We are looking for Driver Supervisor for Saudi ArabiaJob Summary The job holder is to supervise and lead the Train Drivers and Train Attendant teams in order to provide a safe, reliable and timely train service Responsibilities:Lead, by example, a team of Train Attendants and Train Drivers to provide a safe, efficient, reliable and timely train service Assist the Passenger Services Manager and Deputy Passenger Services Manager to coach, mentor and audit the Train Attendant, Locomotive Driver and Train Driver teams when necessary Investigate and report incidents and service delays, providing appropriate reports and recommend and action remedial measures Act as the key training resource and expertise for train operations courses When dealing with customers, ensure that matters are handled tactfully and sensitively as appropriate and strictly follow the guidelines, rules and procedures of the organisation Enforce safety rules and regulations and carry out necessary procedures to ensure the safety of members of the public and employees of the railway Ensure all possible assistance and help to customers is given, in particular those with special accessibility needs Perform operational and emergency duties when required Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Deputy Passenger Services Manager or Passenger Services Manager
