This position delivers a technical job program that maximizes our opportunity to meet the job objectives in line with the contract terms and conditions. This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of theapplication are understood and have been considered.As a Drilling Applications Engineering/Wellbore Positioning, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Work together with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application and suggested products/services has been considered.
• Design a job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the clients objective and maximize revenue potential and future job assignments for Baker Hughes.
• Work with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to ensure any risk of meeting the clients objective is communicated to the client using the appropriate channels/processes for the respective client.
• Accurately document any calculations/simulations/plan revision and/or changes during the project cycles for visibility to dependent teams and audit purposes.
• Provide on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution.
• Compare job as-planned versus job as-executed and document any lessons learned to Ensure opportunity for continuous improvement.
• Participate in Incident Investigation when required, ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation, and execution is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions.

• Have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Have 3-5 year of experience in Drilling Services Field Operations
• Have Good understanding of technical job planning requirements
• Demonstrate a good aptitude for relationship building and the ability to generate confidence in your contacts
• Very good problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
• Be fluent in oral and written English
