We are looking for Deputy Passenger Services Manager for Saudi ArabiaJob Summary The job holder is to assist Passenger Services Manager in managing the passenger services teams in order to provide a safe, reliable and timely train service Responsibilities:Assist in planning, managing and overseeing train crew resources to provide a safe, reliable and timely train service Ensure that the Passenger Services staff are adequately trained in their particular function and provide additional training and support when necessary Monitor service delivery and assist in managing the Passenger Services staff to satisfy the committed performance target Advise the Passenger Services Manager of problems relating the passenger service delivery in a proactive and timely manner Assist in the coordination with the Maintenance Department in supporting train shunting into/out of workshop in depot and conduct line clearance/sweeping prior to the launch of daily service Assist the Passenger Services Manager in deploying Train Attendants on the system to provide efficient and effective response to train failures, train recovery and rescue support and mobile resource for emergency situations Assist in implementing actions resulting from incident / emergency or safety investigations Communicate and report details of incidents to Passenger Services Manager Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions Assist in managing the passenger services team to ensure passenger service is the highest standard, failures and incidents on the railway are restored as soon as possible and that the impact on passengers is minimized 2.11 Perform and carry out duties as instructed / directed by the Passenger Services Manager
