Join us and Make an Impact.We have an opportunity for a Deputy Airfield Ground Lighting Manager to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Jeddah, KSA. Deputy Airfield Ground Lighting Manager Responsibilities

• Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
• Identify and analyze business processes to be improved
• Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification
• Implementation of Honeywell standard procedures at the airport in line with the Regulatory requirements
• Attend customer meetings, reverting on client communication & work closely with the AGL manager to implement service procedures.
• Promoting the implementation of best practices.
• Ensuring the management for proper AGL records both onsite and offsite
• Ensure Zero audit deviations

Qualifications

• Mandatory 12 years experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Analyze operating data and statistics to identify
• Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Excellent problem solver and ability to understand impacts of actions

• Advanced Surface Movement Guidance and Control System

• Electronic Flight Progress Strip System (EFPS)
• Flight Information Systems (FIS)
• Ground Movement Radar (GMR)
• Ground Traffic Management (GTM)
• Instrument Landing System (ILS)
• Meteorological System (MET)
• Runway Visual Range (RVR) etc.
