DescriptionCommunication Specialist will be helping in developing, managing and executing all task related to the brand.Also responsible for coordinating marketing projects and events. And be part in building a relationship with external and internal customers within the Organizational policies and procedures.Responsibility :? Help in Managing Exhibitions and related events.? Responsible to work with different suppliers to supply all stationary items for the company and gift items.? Execute internal communication plan.? Deliver communication tools such as Brochures, presentations, and ensure all communication tools are conducted in Arabic and English.? Review the website s content and design by feeding the application with up to date news and projects.? Assist Exploring in social responsibilities programs.? Communicate with agencies to publish advertisements through Newspaper, specialized magazines to enhance the brand.? Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.? Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.? Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.? Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.? Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.? Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
