Set up and operates machine to bend metal structural shapes, such as bars, rods, angles, pipes, and tubes, to angle or contour specified by work order, drawings, templates or layout: Selects and bolts holding clamp, die block, and guide clamp to machine.? Observe and maintain that local legislation and company rules for Health and Safety are obeyed at all times.? Abide by the company's rules and regulation either conveyed verbally or explicitly written by the team leader or the manufacturing superiors, including proper attitude towards work.? Commitment for SEES Production System implementation.? Pursue the work instruction that has been instructed and conducted by the team leader.? Oriented and trained by the team leader regarding proper handling of bending machine and tools.? Provide information to team leader on any unforeseen shortages, defects, discrepancies noticed on the job.? Practice autonomous maintenance to all tools and machine in the work area to maintain the good operating condition and report to team leader the degrading quality.? Implementation of 5S system within the work area and other tools of Schneider Production System.? Accuracy in filling up the time sheet.? Practice ergonomics directives and flexibility in workload.? Commitment for continuous improvement.
