We are looking for Chief Controller for Saudi ArabiaJob Summary The purpose of this position is to assume overall responsibility for the delivery of safe and punctual train services on the Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro railway Responsibilities:Overall supervision and coordination of train services Direct supervision of control room staff; Information Controller, Traffic Controller, Power Controller, Engineering Controller and Station Controller Indirect reports from Depot Controller Ensure effective coordination with maintenance staff via the Engineering Controller in the event of failures, incidents and emergencies Take control of and ensure the prompt response to events/incidents in order to mitigate the affect of any disruption to the service Develop and train the control room staff in emergency response tactics in accordance with operating standards of performance Issue permits to work and access Coordinate with external services during incidents and emergencies Notify the Deputy OCC Manager and OCC Manager of any incident/emergency situations that require the activation of incident control Conduct shift by shift reviews of service delivery performance and prepare reports and provide data for the Deputy OCC Manager and OCC Manager on related information Ensure that end of shift reports or collated, checked and submitted to the Deputy OCC Manager or OCC Manager Manage all controllers to ensure the team is performing to the required standards and in compliance with the procedures and instructions Perform shift and emergency duties when required Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Deputy OCC Manager, OCC Manager, Deputy Operations Director and Operations Director
