Job Description

AtkinsRealis is looking for BIM Manager NEOM Site, in KSA.The RoleThe BIM Manager is responsible for overseeing the BIM team within the Design Management Function. This includes liaising with the wider Engineered Design Digital Team, supporting the wider design management team with accessing and reviewing received data and models. The BIM Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all data is in accordance with the projects design standards and guidelines. Additionally, the BIM Manager will be responsible for coordinating with other stakeholders to ensure that all data is coordinated and complete.Key Responsibilities: Lead design reviews for the project THE LINE Ensure design reviews are conducted in accordance with established procedures Monitor and track design review progress Identify and resolve design issues Develop and maintain design review documentation Coordinate with other departments to ensure design reviews are completed on time Provide feedback and guidance to design teams Ensure design reviews are conducted in a safe and secure environment Ensure design reviews are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and standardsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or related field 5+ years of experience in design review and/or construction management Professional registration in engineering or architectureProfessional Registration: Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) registration in the state of the projectGeneral Competency & Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Ability to interpret and apply technical standards Ability to read and understand construction drawings Ability to identify potential design issues and recommend solutionsCore Competencies: Knowledge of engineering and architectural principles and practices Knowledge of construction methods and materials Knowledge of building codes and regulations Knowledge of safety regulations Knowledge of project management principlesSoftware Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD softwareSpecial Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionalsWhy choose AtkinsRealisYour difference makes a difference.
