We are looking for Bim Designer /Architect Bim Expert for Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities?Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.?Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.?Researches literature and maintain knowledge of current building materials, structural, mechanical and electrical system codes and methods of application.?Works with customers and Clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.?Performs complex CADD assignments and coordinates CADD drawing production in support of the CADD Manager.?Develops accurate 2D drawings from project BIMs, including sheet management tasks, annotations, dimensions, notes and all visibility settings.?Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria.?Assist on project work - modeling and detailing, project teams in BIM project setup.?Create Revit families in response to project need and Help resolve BIM design issues.?Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team.?Linking BIM to the project Construction Administration Phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules. Ensure adoption of drawings and documentation standards, both digital and analog.?Ensure coordination with other department heads and smooth operations within the organization.?Liaison with civic bodies/related consultants for timely approvals of the project essentials.?Regular client/consultant interface to ensure smooth flow of work at site and office.?Review/Manage periodically the professional/disciplinary facets of the team to achieve productivity and report the same periodically to the Director.
