Assistant Director of Sales - Saudi NationalWe are currently seeking for a passionate and dynamic Sales professional who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As an Assistant Director of Sales - Outbound Sales Office - OSO, you are responsible to lead and supervise the OSO Sales Team, oversee the day to day sales activities, implement action plans and accomplish goals and targets set in the Marketing Plan and by the Director of Sales - OSO and will include key responsibilities such as: Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals Develop active communication and close rapport with local authorities such as Tourism board, convention bureau, Airlines, Rotana Area Sales Offices (where applicable) and other sources of sales information and support Develop annual sales department budget and execute the sales programs and activities within it assisted by his sales team Identify sources of group business for the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales Conduct yearly sales team MPDR and ongoing evaluations, coaching and counseling Review and finalize corporate section of the month end Sales Report prior to submitting it to the Director of Sales OSO at Corporate Office Recruit, select, train and motivate Sales Department personnel to realize their potential and to develop individuals for advancement within Rotana Prepare and implement the local action plan for new properties based on the Sales & Marketing Opening Action Plan designed for each hotel by the Corporate OfficeSkillsEducation, Qualifications & ExperiencesYou should be holding a bachelor degree in Sales and be computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge & CompetenciesThe ideal candidate will be dynamic and a finisher with an eye for detail and the ability to drive through solutions.
