Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Waiter and Cashier. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle cash transactions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and assist them in finding a suitable table
  2. Provide menus and take orders from customers
  3. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers
  4. Upsell and recommend additional menu items to customers
  5. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
  6. Process credit card payments and issue receipts
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area
  8. Assist with cleaning and resetting tables after customers leave
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  10. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
