Employment: Full Time Company:Our client is one of the well know companies in Saudi Arabia, as they are currently looking to hire a Wedding Planning Agency General Manager/CEO in Riyadh.Specific Responsibilities:Lead the creative and designing team to provide exceptional wedding designs.Recommends, develops, and implements effective marketing plans for generating wedding event revenues.Coaches and counsels employees to reflect company service standards and procedures.Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for wedding events and sales.Develops and recommend the budget, marketing plans, and objectives and manages within those approved plansEvaluates each piece of wedding event business to ensure business can be properly serviced.Solve any problems that come with the wedding event and its execution.Request the information needed to develop the wedding event from suppliers and external collaborators as well as coordinate the archive and information updates with the project architectsKeep the equipment and work material updated, requesting its replacement to the Systems and Procurement areas. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent Arabic and EnglishAt least 5 years in a GM role, with a proven track recordExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective in providing exceptional customer servicePromote, organize, schedule and coordinate weddings eventsPromotion and marketing of the agency servicesAbility to hire, schedule, and manage staffService oriented style with professional presentations skillsHigh energyEntrepreneurial spiritMotivational leaderAbility to improve the bottom lineExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
