Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced waitress to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. We are seeking someone with a friendly and outgoing personality, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are also essential for this role.   1. Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs and resolving any issues or complaints
  5. Prepare tables for dining, including setting up tableware and condiments
  6. Clean and sanitize work areas, including dining tables, counters, and utensils
  7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
  8. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies as needed
  9. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  10. Handle cash and process payments accurately
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a waitress or in a similar role
  2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  6. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation
  7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff
  8. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  9. Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  10. Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
