Manage, track and analyze on a monthly basis individual BA performance (KPIs) with a clear action plan to ensure performance development Manage, track and analyze on a monthly basis store performance (KPIs) with a clear action plan to ensure performance development Challenge the team on retail KPIs on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis conversion rate/average basket/number of items per transactions, etc Upskill the Beauty Advisors in the areas of product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience and Retail excellence Create, Adapt, and localize training tools including to the region and making improvements to BA productivity Organize and conduct monthly BA meeting to discuss performance, promo and marketing plan for upcoming month and educational information Work to support BAs Career Path for raising talents as well as exit plans Involvement and collaboration in recruitment of our KCR Work with commercial to define and implement monthly targets and commission scheme payout Supports animations & on counter events where needed In charge of retail excellence in the stores of the countries managed (POSM/Service tools/etc) Identify for potential opportunities to raise Brand awareness (Ex. university sampling, KSA Mall Activations, etc) Take lead/ consolidate monthly requestions for KSA & ROG Support the Regional Training Manager on Kiehls Academy Program for KSA & ROG Provide competition reports for KSA and ROG market
