TechnicianJob Location: RiyadhResponsibilities:?Install, configure, and maintain smart home devices, including but not limited to KNX, SONOFF, Meross, Zigbee, Air Conditioning systems, Raspberry Pi, and motorized devices.?Proficiently handle electrical systems and wiring, ensuring proper connections and adherence to safety regulations.?Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on integrating and customizing smart home systems.?Configure and customize Raspberry Pi for smart home applications, including automation and control.?Diagnose technical issues with smart home devices and perform effective troubleshooting to resolve problems promptly.?Conduct comprehensive testing and quality checks to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of smart home systems.?Provide training and support to clients on the operation, maintenance, and customization of smart home devices.?Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in smart home technologies, electrical systems, and motor control.?Collaborate with the team to enhance processes, streamline installations, and exceed customer satisfaction.Requirements:?Proven experience as a Smart Home Devices Technician or a similar role.?Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with KNX, SONOFF, Meross, Zigbee, Air Conditioning systems, electrical systems, and wiring.?Proficiency in configuring and installing Raspberry Pi for smart home applications.?Experience customizing motors to work with smart systems.?Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively.?Strong understanding of home automation and smart home control systems.?Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical concepts clearly.?Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.?Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality services.?Attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety.Preferred Qualifications:?Certification or training in KNX, Raspberry Pi, or other relevant smart home technologies.?Familiarity with a wide range of smart home devices and brands.?Knowledge of networking protocols and configurations related to smart home devices.?Understanding of motor control systems and customization.?Background in electrical engineering or related field.?Join our team and become part of an innovative company that is shaping the future of smart homes.
