Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:Main Duties: Tax Related:

  • Prepare the schedules and working for annual Zakath filling.
  • Assist FRS and Coordinate with ZATCA and Zakat, VAT consultant on Tax related matters in the company.
  • Review Weekly all Companies Pages in GAZT Portal and make sure There is no pending Requirements or notifications we didn?t take actions for.
  • Assist FRS to Prepare Monthly VAT Reports and make sure to finalize the working before 15th of the subsequent month.
  • Prepare and keep all VAT Related Files and make sure that all the transactions invoices are available and with the name of the concerned company.
  • Analysis all the foreign payments in the Group and identify the WHT requirements and accordingly prepare the return for submission.
  • Prepare Import purchase reconciliation on quarterly basis for all the companies in the group.
  • Analysis the data requirement for all the DZIT/GAZET assessment and coordinate with the consultant.
  • All other Tax related work.
Other DutiesGL Accountant Duties
  • Review Regularly Tax Related Balance Sheet GL accounts and make sure any pending items in these GL accounts are taken up with concerned and are cleared on time.
  • Identifying wrong postings, codding errors (VAT Codes & GLs) and advise concern to do the required correction on timely basis.
  • Highlight any unusual GL posting and inform to Seniors.
  • Assist to Prepare Monthly and Quarterly presentation and other reports for the Management reporting.
  • Coordinate with Tax Consultants in relation to the Tax Assessments and any other periodic Reviews as per the requirement.
  • Periodic and ad hoc basis reports as per management requirement.
Administrative Duties:
  • Coordinate with other related Departments in relation to Tax Function related activities.
  • Provide administrative support to assist department manager and other staff in the completion of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Provide training and direction as needed.
