Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have a strong and diverse workforce that can drive our companys success.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  2. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates
  3. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
  6. Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  8. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
