Ensuring compliance with applicable quality and safety standards, Advise on safety measures, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing preventative measures. Promoting safe workplace, providing training, and investigating incidents/Accidents to improve overall quality and safety. Securing operations, products handling, facility infrastructure, utilities, devices, working data, software, and staff safety.- Preparing a monthly plan for the quality and safety activities based on previous reports.-ÿPreparing a monthly plan for the quality and safety activities based on previous reports.-Doing daily field visits check the proper implementation of quality and safety standards as per approved procedures.- Record and send daily reports on visits findings after investigation.- Enforcing Safety Policies within the workplace as well as providing training to employees on quality and safety company standard.-Identifying risks on the job site and create safety protocols based on those risks.-Implementing and evaluating inspection programs to ensure compliance with all relevant government and Company standards and requirements.-Perform quality and safety audit in compliance with the companys policies and standards that keep organization in safe zone.-Enforcing the safe operation of all workplace machinery and equipment by establishing comprehensive guidelines, ensuring all equipment is used correctly, and reinforcing adherence to safety protocols.-Drawing up safe operational practices necessary to minimize risk of workplace accidents.- Documenting and investigating incidents/Accidents to determine causes and applying preventive measures.-ÿMonitoring work processes and procedures to identify unsafe practices or breach of safety regulations.ÿ-Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.-Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance safety practices and promote a culture of safety within the organization.-ÿContinuously seeking opportunities to enhance safety practices and promote a culture of safety within the organization.- Enforcing preventative measures; Identifying process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions.- Follow-up customer complaints and feedback received and make sure that solutions are implemented as soon as possible.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor degree as a minimum (Pharmacies are preferred). ÿ-It is preferable to obtain certificates in quality control (additional). ÿ-Certified to serve as an internal auditor (additional).-Preferably those who have experience in working as a quality and Safety.ÿ
