Possess in-depth knowledge of incident response solutions/ workflows and computer forensics concepts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:? Work closely with Sales to support sales initiatives and drive direct and channel sales.? Drive strategic account opportunities and work with existing customers to identify new business opportunities.? Monitor and maintain customer accounts, in addition to identifying specific customer needs and transferring that information to product specialists who can fulfill requirements.? Provide pre-sales support to international key accounts and new clients through the on-site and remote implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Fidelis/ Resolution1 commercial products.? Provide on-site technical training and support for clients or work with internal training and support staff to ensure that client is able to fully utilize the products in place.? Troubleshoot complex Resolution1 software applications utilizing diagnostic skills related to software and hardware setup, database management, data analysis, and operating system configuration of Resolution1 or third party products.? Provide superior customer service through effective communication, responsive follow-through, and advocacy for client issues within internal departments.? Take ownership of reported issues and resolve within an acceptable time frame.? Analyze new technologies with Resolution1 solutions and provide appropriate feedback to Engineering and Management. Assess customer related trends and report potential areas of risk or reward.? Working knowledge in incident response or computer forensics. Previous experience with Resolution1 products or ACE certification is preferred.Complexity of Work and Decision MakingDifficult work on highly complex or involved projects requiring significant judgment, initiative, creativity and the ability to deal with complex factors and make decisions based on conclusions for which there is little precedent.Skills and CompetenciesTo fully perform the essential duties of the job, an individual should be able to multi-task and understand process to research and resolve problems using a variety of resources and skills. Must possess technical knowledge of incident response and computer forensics concepts, working in a networked windows environment. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize in order to meet or exceed project requirements and deadlines.Requirements:? 2 or more years experience in an analytical role of network forensics analyst, Threat Analyst or security engineer/ consultant? 2 or more years experience in Investigative or Incident Response environments? One or more of the following technical certifications: GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM), EnCE, ACE or equivalent certifications in these areas? Expertise in analysis of TCP/IP network communication protocols? Experience with a scripting language such as Perl, Python, or other scripting language in an incident handling environment? Experience conducting analysis of electronic media, packet capture, log data, and network devices in support of intrusion analysis or enterprise level information security operations? Experience with advanced computer exploitation methodologies, two or more analysis tools used in a CSIRT or similar investigative environment such as Encase or FTK, Helix, Paraben, etc.? Demonstrated ability to make decisions on remediation and counter measures for challenging information security threats? Experience with Resolution1/ Fidelis XPS products, highly desired? System administration experience with enterprise application systems, highly desiredOther Skills and AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, it is preferred that the individual possesses one or more of the industry certifications such as ACE, CFCE, ENCE, CISSP and SCERS. This is not a 9 to 5 job candidate must be prepared to travel 50-75% to client on-site in different locations.
