You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESKey responsibilitiesCore responsibilitiesSocial Media Specialist:

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
  • Attend educational conferences.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content are informative and appealing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Train others in the team.
  • Provide constructive feedback.
??Self-management responsibilities??Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Team Leader to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended??Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role??Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued educational and professional growth?Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Team Leader in order to contribute to the overall departmental growth.?MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESQualifications??BSc degree in Marketing or relevant fieldProfessional Certifications Preferred??N.A.Years of Experience
  • A minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience.
Nature ofExperience??Prior experience in Social Media Specialist or similar role.Job SpecificSkills
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions,
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, , Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
