An?Outside sales?representative that is comfortable communicating with both potential and existing customers. H/She will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated services that CMA CGM has to offer.?
Act on action plans produced by Sales Action Planning including understanding contract terms and conditions of the customer mainly, but not limited to, import key customers.
Regular customer contact by phone, emails, entertainment or visits when appropriate
Update knowledge of customers needs and requirements the business situation, their market/industry information, their buying and sourcing patterns (booking prospects), pricing policies, competitors activities, customer allocation, equipment and logistics etc.,
Provide regular updates on network and service product via product brochures and presentations
Update customers on company policy and act on conference initiatives when appropriate
Review customers feedback on service quality
Register customer complaints in complaints log book and action as and when required with feedback to customer
Ensure customer complaints are promptly addressed and corrected by discussion with concerned parties
Manage all customer interface activities and ensure that they are handled efficiently
Selling Cargo insurance / serenity as like as all other Value-Added Services and cross-sales with our sister logistics company
Attend and file all inside and outside sales activities in our sales and CRM systems, respecting the targets set by the area sales manager validated by the CCO
