? Develop and implement daily assessment procedures and logics to optimize building systems operations and energy consumption, with a major focus on optimization of HVAC Systems (DCP, Chiller Plants, Primary & Secondary Distribution Networks, FAHUs/AHUs/FCUs, etc.)? Define and implement project-specific alarm conditions that identify inefficient operations and maintenance requirements.? Prepare individual project assessment reports to identify improvement opportunities in the operations and energy management of each project.? Supervise connectivity and data quality of the Energy Management System (EMS).? Define EMS Dashboards & monthly, quarterly and annual M&V reporting procedures.? Report building energy performance and manage regular (monthly/quarterly) customer review meetings for O&M and M&V.? Ensure the indoor climate conditions as per contractual terms.? Maintain liaison with the Maintenance/Operations departments and Principals and their staffs in order to provide optimum facility comfort while reducing energy consumption levels.? Review and recommend maintenance supply and equipment purchases to ensure energy-efficient replacements are being specified.? Recommend sound policies directed toward further energy conservation.? Ensure HSE policy and procedures are followed.? Work in close coordination with energy audit and implementation teams and will supervise a team of 2 engineers.? The position holder will be based in Riyadh (KSA)
