Senior Planning EngineerJob Location : Saudi Arabia:?Prepare and develop the master schedule for design and/or construction phases of the project at tendering stage including the estimate of construction periods of tendered projects.?Review Contractors submitted Planning Package including the Construction Methodology, detailed Baseline Program, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the manpower histogram, the plant histogram, the cash flow diagram, etc.?Review and assess the updated time schedules and progress reports submitted regularly by the Contractor, perform critical path analysis and identify areas of concern.?Follow up and monitor the project budget during the design and construction stages.?Check and approve the planning techniques, logic and sequence of activities proposed by the Contractors Planning Engineer for executing the project.?Prepare regular reports to the Client showing the projects status in coordination with the Contractors Planning Engineer and the Project Manager.Job Details :?10 years of practical experience in high rise buildings, superstructure projects and Construction Planning work.?Preferably with contracting companies, at least 5 years in KSA.?Maximum age 37 years.
