Job DescriptionSia Partners is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing Government activity in KSA. This individual will have between 3 to 6 years of Management and Strategy Consulting experience.This individual will have the opportunity to fully participate and shape a growing and entrepreneurial management consulting business. The pace of career development will only be limited by the individual s appetite to succeed and ambition.Key responsibilities will include:? Project Management Office activities.? Leading the planning and implementation of a program / project s life cycle from start to finish.? Managing multiple client engagements and ensuring consistent delivery of superior client service.? Managing consulting and client teams.? Developing new client business.? Contributing to internal practice development through the development and delivery of training, thought leadership (blogs, papers).
