Begins to build know ledge of the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESKey ResponsibilitiesERP Oracle ManagementProvides support on functional and technical support to development team on specifications, requirements, integration approaches, and testing methodologies provided by the development team in regards to (Finance Procurement HR/Payroll).Assists in providing recommendations to requirements documentationSupport in developing/maintaining/updating existing configuration documentation for each business process areaSupport business process re-engineering activities by analyzing and updating business processes and workflows.Support data migration efforts and reconciliation of financial data from legacy systems.Assist user acceptance testing.Ensure development of reporting requirements, reporting gaps, and validation of report output/use.Quality ManagementUndertakes professional qualification and technical training within required timescale (where applicable). Builds on professional qualification by undertaking relevant functional or sector specific training.Partakes review (s) on completion of projects to identify lessons learned and enhance future quality and commercial planning.Executes projects to a level that meet member firm s Quality standards within a commercial context.Communicates risk and issues early to Leaders as appropriate.People ResponsibilitiesMeets firm deadlines during Performance Development cycles, including: seeking quality feedback, setting goals, providing input into engagement/project reviews and having regular conversations with Performance Manager, to a standard Expected under Open Performance Development.Accurately charges time to Engagement codes to see true value of work delivered.Starts to establish networks with clients and across relevant professional bodies and associations and will participate in internal and external professional activities to develop this network.Shares knowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contributes to the development of know ledge resources.Embraces Global People Survey (GPS) and/or wider people focused actions and initiatives which drive cultural improvement across their local team(s).May assist new starters, including buddy responsibilities and on boarding.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESQualificationsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related discipline.Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related discipline.Professional Certifications PreferredOracle ERP Certifications.Years of ExperienceMinimum of 3 - 6 years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.Nature ofExperienceExperience in translating business requirements into ERP solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.Business Performance Management and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (EBS) implementations including active participation in planning, business case, and design phases as a subject matter expert in the area of finance, procurement, and HCM.Process improvement experience in transactional processing (i.e. Procure to Pay; Record to Report, Financial planning and analysis: Budgeting & Planning and Reporting).Proven record of ERP Implementation (solution design, opening balance, integration, data migration, testing, fixing improper configurations, and parallel runs).Conducting Key User/End User training and knowledge transfer.Public sector experience in similar accounting conversion projects is a plus and preferably in KSA.Job SpecificSkillsBusiness analysis and gap assessment (finance, procurements, contracting, costing, HCM, and Payroll).Business Language SkillsFluent written and spoken English essential.Arabic speaker is a plus.
