Requirements:- Degree qualified: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related field- 6+ years of experience and preferably have experience like this project/role- Previous experience working with contractors on similar projects- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large scale projects aligned with the development elements listed above- Construction management background including site-based roles and management roles as consultant, contractor or client representative.- Capable of reviewing and enhancing existing operations within an organisation through all the project phases from inception to the final handover phase of a project- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally
