Senior BuyerJob Location : Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities :?Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase facility management materials from both local and oversea vendors?Evaluate vendor?s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project?In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.?Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory?Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements?Evaluates the performance of certain vendors in order to decide whether or not to continue buying from them?Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations?Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.?Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.?Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.Job Details :?A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years dedicatedly in Logistics and Supply Chain?Good communication skills.?Problem ? solving skills.?Decision ? making ability.
