Job Purpose? Jobs at this level areresponsible for assisting seniors in conducting internal and regulatoryaudit tasks, executing non-planned investigations and identifying risksand irregularities. Also, they are responsible for preparing requisiteaudit reports and highlighting concerns, if any, to seniors.Key Responsibilities? Perform routine activitieswithin the specified scope.? Helps with routine work andescalates issues, as necessary.? Assist senior auditors inaudit projects, as required, so that the sector maintains appropriatelevels of audit coverage and frequency of audits, across STC.? Work with senior auditors inthe execution of non - planned investigations in order to establish factsconcerning specific instances of non - conformance or irregularities andrisks.? Ensure thorough understandingof work processes and related documentation prior to auditing projectsfor efficient execution of the assigned activity.? Identify all irregularities,risks and other findings, along with preliminary recommendations tosenior auditors, thereby assisting them with final reporting to theconcerned Manager.? Implement the prescribed riskmitigation protocols in order to control risks, as guided by themanagement.? Prepare audit reports forsenior auditors, highlighting the concerns and making appropriaterecommendations.? Liaise within the assignedteam to build effective working relationships.Qualifications/Certification? Bachelor s degree in Business AdministrationRequiredExperience? 2 - 4 years of experience in the audit and risk managementarea at technology/telecommunication industryDesired Skills & Knowledge? Intermediate proficiency indata collection & analysis? Intermediate proficiency inreporting? Intermediate knowledge oflaws, legal codes and other government regulations? Intermediate knowledge ofTelecom regulations? Intermediate knowledge ofSTC s operating standards and guidelines
