Required Technical and Professional Expertise* At least 5 years relevant consulting experience in Security Strategy, Risk and Compliance* At least 3+ years in OT/ICS security environment* Security consulting experience across one or more client verticals, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Industrial & Mining etc.* Experience in developing scope and sizing solutions for a project.* Be responsible for executing consulting engagements in the areas of Security Strategy Risk & Compliance.* Ensure quality delivery as per IBM/client requirements.* Proactively identify project risks and escalate to project stakeholders* Actively establish & strengthen relationships with external and internal customers* Assist in developing knowledge assets such as methodologies, templates, white papers etc.* Work in a team and develop lesser experienced members in the team* Identify potential business opportunities on existing consulting engagements.* Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service* Readiness to travel* English: FluentPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise* Experience working with offshore teams* Certified in CISSP, SSCP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, IEC-62443 or Certified SCADA Security Consultant* Strong understanding of OT/ICS
