Job Description

We are looking for a Secretary / Document Controller with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent administrative skills. This position will support the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure smooth documentation and secretarial processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and update company documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all project and administrative documents in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Maintain a document control system to ensure proper document tracking and version control.
  • Review and ensure all documents comply with company standards and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate the distribution and retrieval of documents to/from relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management and the team.
  • Prepare and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for meetings and client interactions.
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control and/or secretarial roles.
