School ManagerJob Location : RiyadhResponsibilities:?Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective management and continuous improvement of the school.?Oversee the implementation of curriculum and educational programs in accordance with international standards.?Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a conducive learning environment that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and student engagement.?Coordinate with Academic team, Registrar and Marketing team and achieve yearly registration targets.?Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including budgeting, facilities, and technology, to support the schools mission and objectives.?Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to foster open communication and partnerships.?Ensure compliance with local regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in education.Qualifications:?Bachelor?s/master?s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.?Proven experience in school administration preferably in an international school setting.?Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse stakeholders.?Strong strategic planning and organizational abilities to manage complex operations and achieve educational goals.?In-depth knowledge of international curricula, educational trends, and best practices.?Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
