Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes and providing assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.Coordinating internally between the departments to accelerate the sales process and resolve admin issues preventing order delivery.Adding and maintaining customer records on Salesforce allowing for visibility on sales pipeline and progress of opportunities.To be the point of contact with the customers to deliver the product and after sales support such as goods return and providing the products documents.Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.Skills and the ability to work in multitask˙Knowledge of sales practices and customer service techniques
