Sales EngineerJob Location : RiyadhResponsibilities:?Leading and coordinating the Integrated Development Process.?Leading the Energy Efficiency, Green Building and Sustainability projects of the company.?Coordinating the preparation of all Regenerative Development and models required for the design of the projects.?Collaborating with the company management to develop Sustainability initiatives for the projects.?Preparing the Sustainability Management System for the project.?Responsibly taking part in the new leads and projects for the company.?Managing the existing projects of Energy Efficiency, Green Building and Sustainability of the company.?Taking a key role in LEED accreditation consultancy, by helping the client?s in order to ensure the goals of sustainability.Requirements:?Possess a minimum 5 years? experience field of Service Engineering.?Prior working experience in the Middle East?University degree, Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical /Architectural engineering.?LEED accredited Professional with experience on LEED projects in the Middle East Preferred.?Have good knowledge of IFC standards & USGBC Procedures.
