Job Description

Sales Coordinator for industrial air quality (INDAQ) salesPosition Objective:Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team and become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team?s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Sales Coordinators are not involved in direct selling, but they are accountable for providing administrative support and service to the sales team. This position is accountable for PRE and POST order process of sales cycle and to ensure proper coordination with sales personnel and various inter department for smooth workflow and reports the month end financial figures of the BU.Post- Order Process:? Screening the PO?s as per Proposal and acknowledging the same to customer.? Sending Proforma Invoice to the customers for advance payment orders & registering Orders.? Checking current stock status and delivery of required item.? Negotiating with suppliers for better terms & conditions delivery.? Coordinating with logistics team for the shipping documents and legalization (if required) and timely delivery.? Prepare freight PO and hand it over to logistics to process freight order? Collecting POD and accounting invoice from respective factories to process customer invoice.? Providing updated order file to the accounts team for the Invoice.? Sending invoice to the customer for receiving payment and following up for the same.? Collecting customers feedback.? Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant informationPRE- Order Process:

  • Participates in meetings or direct communications with customers or field sales offices to assist in resolution of problems or complaints.
  • Maintains a teamwork philosophy with other departments to facilitate problem solving and provide good customer service.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
