Manages one or more client engagements or components of large scale engagements of moderate complexity. Provides technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members. Ensures effective engagement management by achieving the required realization, revenue and profitability targets. May participate in day to day management of team on engagements including coaching, providing constructive feedback and performance development. Shares internal networks with others to support an understanding the breadth of capabilities at KPMG.Shares knowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contributes to the development of know ledge resources.Embraces Global People Survey (GPS) and/or wider people focused actions and initiatives which drive cultural improvement across their local team(s).Manages on boarding of new starters, including buddy responsibilities.Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Director - IARCS In order to meet objectives.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESQualificationsBachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related discipline.Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related discipline.Professional Certifications PreferredSOCPA / CPA / CIA / CA / ACCA / CISA.Years of ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 - 4 years in a similar role.Nature ofExperienceExcellent understanding on the concepts of enterprise risk management which include risk strategy, risk structure, risk monitoring, risk portfolio, risk optimization.Manage project teams including perform ERM methodology for client covering conducting risk awareness session, risk assessment workshops and interviews and compilation of risk database and compiling and prepare risk assessment report and other deliverables.Excellent understanding on the concepts of corporate governance which include board functions, stakeholder s requirement, shareholders value.Perform Corporate Governance Assessment methodology for client including preparing material for Board s interviews, analysis of the result of interviews and prepare corporate governance assessment report.Big 4 experience is a plus.Job SpecificSkillsExcellent management skills.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.Self-starter who possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly.Excellent business acumen & analytical skills.Business Language SkillsFluent written and spoken English essentialArabic written and spoken is a plus.
