To apply foundational risk and resilience methodologies and assist in further developingand executing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program throughout AldaraHospital and Medical Center (AHMC).Perform risk analysis, management, and prevention activities for AHMC.? Assess the identified risks and analyze the outputs of the assessment by determiningand executing the methodology, gathering, verifying, validating data.? Analyze data better to understand potential risks, concerns, and outcomes of decisions? Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment? Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results? Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data? Develop systems and processes for gathering and storing data for future analyticprojects? Conduct research into potential clients and understand the risks of accepting each one? Monitor internal and external data points that may affect the risk level of a decision? Investigate and participate in formulating strategies that result in a positive financialimpact for Aldara and mitigates financial and operational risks.? In collaboration with the Director of Quality, ensure identified and escalated risks areeffectively addressed to foster a safety, health, and environment culture, mitigate risks,and protect Aldara?s interests.
