? Executing Reactive retention strategy to win-back lost customer i.e. Customers requesting line cancellation, customer leaving through dunning cycle & retaining downgrades.? Ensure CITC regulations are implemented along with definition of retention process across different channel? Define & Manage offer matrix for each segment based on in depth customer data analysis & available product line ? Deep Analysis of different segments behaviors and interests using BI tools (Power BI Or Tableau) ? Develop advanced reporting for the proactive retention activities from Databases (Teradata),?
