Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Packaging Specialist to join our team in Riyadh/Sudair, Saudi Arabia. As an R&D Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing packaging solutions for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets the requirements for product safety, functionality, and sustainability.Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop innovative packaging solutions for new and existing products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, and marketing to determine packaging requirements.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology.
  4. Create prototypes and conduct testing to evaluate packaging performance and durability.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for packaging materials and labeling.
  6. Optimize packaging designs for cost-efficiency and sustainability.
  7. Create and maintain packaging specifications and documentation.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate packaging materials.
  9. Manage packaging projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  10. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for packaging processes and systems.
