Functional responsibilitiesMonitor and periodically review the internal processes (Cross functional), procedures, within and across Technology units to assure it s adherence to the standard processes set forth by the corporate processes.Lead the implementation of telecom industry quality standards and quality management system, like TL9000, in co-ordination with the concerned stakeholders across Technology sector in liaison with Etisalat Group OpCos governance departmentsDevelop Technology annual training plan in co-ordination with Network and Technology operations which includes contractual training with vendors and specialized departmental training, and develop criteria for training eligibilityAct as the single point of contact with HR training department to ensure the development and proper staff nomination for HR cross functional training coursesAct as the single point of contact with different HR units to resolve HR related issues, like but not limited to, mapping, car allowance, and to develop plans to improve results of employee engagement surveysDevelop initiatives to improve staff satisfaction across all Technology units and gain trust in Technology sector top management, like but not limited to reward and innovation programs, speak up, gatherings and other similar initiativesEnsure continuous alignment and engagement with Mobily business units by conducting and arranging meetings and workshops to maintain trust among Technology and Business units and improve consistency and alignment between Technology and business objectivesRemain current on telecom industry standards, and technological advancesPerform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision
