Coordinating the documentation, including planning, reviewing and updating of the Quality Plan, the Project Management Plan and other documentation required for the implementation of the QA & HSE Systems in the Projects.Assist the Project Managers in determining the quality and HSE objectives and targets for the Project.Monitoring the implementation of the quality and environmental aspects of the Project Management System.Coordination and maintaining an actual and potential quality and environmental nonconformance control system including the issuing of nonconformance reports to the Project Managers and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and effective.Control further activities until a quality or environmental deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.Perform regular audits to ensure that the Company staff understand and carry out their responsibilities as detailed in the applicable approved procedures.Develop and propose improvements to the current procedures in line with the Company goals and directives.Ensuring that the responsibilities regarding quality and environmental requirements are properly defined in purchase orders and sub-contracts.Liaising with the representative of the client with respect to quality acceptance criteria.Verifying inspection and testing activities being carried out by site supervisors, sub-contractors and suppliers.Establishing and maintaining a system for the storage of quality assurance records and the associated updating of registers.Manage the activities of Project Engineers and providing active supervision and support to them in carrying out their duties.Auditing and reporting on compliance, which includes assessing sub-contractors / suppliers for compliance with quality and environmental requirements.Report to the Technical Director on quality and environmental performance of the projects in accordance with approved procedures.Other duties as directed.
