Deliver greener environments.BMCO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Landscaping & Irrigation O&M project, driving operational excellence, team performance and client satisfaction.KEY REQUIREMENTS?? Bachelor?s degree in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.?? 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in an Operations Manager role.?? Strong experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.?? Proven expertise in managing large landscaped areas, including trees, turf, shrubs and irrigation systems.?? Strong knowledge of soil management, tree health, horticulture, fertilization, pest control and plant maintenance.?? Technical expertise in irrigation networks, pumps, filtration systems, valves, sprinklers and drip irrigation.?? Proven ability to achieve KPIs and SLAs, ensuring quality and productivity.?? Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.?? Experience leading large manpower teams and managing equipment and subcontractors.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS? Available to join immediately.? Fluent in English.? Valid Saudi driving license ? mandatory.? Valid, transferable Iqama ? mandatory.
