Candidate requirements for this role are as follows,15 yrs plus experience in IT system Integration projects working in GCCStrong experience in delivering projects using multiple methodologies Waterfall, Agile Scrum/Safe methodologies.Experienced in Digital transformation journeys of the customer in technology areas including Data, Digital Engineeringand Cloud.Strong understanding of delivery, include contracting,Should have PMP/PRINCE or equivalent certificationStrong understanding of technology trends and usage in business areasIndustry-specific technology and product knowledgeAbility to identify and drive issues to a quick resolution while balancing the needs of the business, the customer and theteam.Proven record in the team and organizational leadership skills working with senior management and individualcontributorsStrong experience and understanding of upsell/ cross-sell to grow footprint in the designated account(s).Working experience with a consulting or technology integration company is highly desiredGood communication skill in English and ArabicFlexibility in working across KSA as per project needs.
