Job Description

  1. Determine and define?project?scope and objectives.
  2. Track?project?costs to meet budget.
  3. Develop and manage a detailed?project?schedule and work plan.
  4. Provide?project?updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  5. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  6. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire?project?execution.
  7. Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
  8. Measure?project?performance to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Responsible for achieving cycle time set per product per machine ensuring production optimum efficiency.
  10. Computation of materials needed for Order Requisition.
  11. Responsible for new product development in coordination with Management.
  12. Ensure the daily Efficiency Report is accurate and issued on time to Management.
  13. Responsible to review customers complaint receive from Sales Department and implement preventive action in the production.
  14. Optimize manpower utilization and productivity.
  15. Minimize waste & scrap.
  16. Conduct and document production meetings in an efficient manner.
  17. Participate in the project planning process.
  18. Make sure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  19. Develop and manage the PM system.
  20. Define and control maintenance budgets.
  21. Liaise with vendors on all technical issues.
  22. Manage project schedules and develop clear strategies for achievements of project milestones.
  23. Develop and improve production equipment to meet future requirements.
  24. Scheduling, monitoring and supervision on the preventive maintenance of the machines.
To perform other jobs as may be assigned by the Management.
