Candidates should have an engineering or architecture based qualification and should also posses some high level of qualifications and preferably be a chartered member of a recognised international institute. Candidates should have proven skills in managing major construction projects from and engineering consultancy basis and be familiar with infrastructure and buildings projects. Saudi experience is preferred.
